Respecting intellectual property

We respect the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. We are proud members of ACID (Anti Copying In Design).

We constantly monitor the market and occasionally find other products with a marked similarity to our own. We are delighted to announce a successful outcome to a recent challenge to our intellectual property. In this case, it went beyond similarity and with the invaluable assistance from an ACID Accredited law firm, McDaniel & Co, we ensured the infringing products were removed from sale from their website.

We are determined to protect our market share and take whatever action necessary, particularly as we have built up a reputation for such unique products. With this challenge, we made a statement to the industry that infringement of our intellectual rights will not be tolerated.
