Découpage, derived from the French word découper, meaning to cut out, is the creative art of assembling, pasting and varnishing paper cut-outs for decorating objects. We’ve spent years practising and perfecting the meticulous art of découpage, and this chair is a fine example of our celebrated craftsmanship. 

Each chair is hand-made to order and covered in an assortment of used stamps from all over the world; all of which have been rejected by serious collectors but are highly valued by us for their wonderful colours, textures, patterns and images. It is then glazed with hard-wearing, gloss lacquer to give an outstanding finish.
