We have a lot of products on our website that might all sound a little similar (after all, there’s only so many ways you can say MAP.) But trust us, they’re not! The more details of what it is you are looking for, the better we can help. And if you can include a link to the item you’re asking about, even better.
Want to know if we’ve received your order?
Once your order is accepted you will receive a confirmation email to the address you’ve entered on our check out page. Despite our best efforts, we do sometimes slip into the dreaded SPAM folder, so please check all folders just in case. If you still haven’t had an email, don’t worry, drop us a note and we’ll be able to tell straight away if your order is with us and in the studio! More often than not it’s already with our team and in the process of making its way to you.
Looking for a delivery update?
Most of our products are hand made and sent out to you within 1-3 days of placing your order. Each item has an estimated lead time on its individual product page, so be sure to check this out when ordering as there are a few items that can take a little longer for us to make. If you choose our standard free delivery at check-out, once your item is complete we will pop your parcel into the post via Royal Mail 1st class post. This service does not include tracking. Our posties do have a lot on their plate at the moment, but it is very rare for a parcel to go missing. If you would like to track your parcel please be sure to choose our express delivery options when you check out, or contact us using this form to upgrade.
If you’d love to stock our handmade gifts in your shop, who can blame you! We have a great Wholesale Service and would be delighted to talk to you about your requirements. We love to shout about our talented artists and their new designs all over social media and the press. Our normal office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. During peak times we may take a little longer to get back to you as we would like, but this is only because we are working like busy little bees in the studio to get your gifts out to you as quickly as possible. Rest assured, as soon as we can, we’ll respond to your queries.

We are working from our rural workshop in the Kent countryside. We do not have a retail shop open to the public and operate an entirely online enterprise. We have implemented strict Covid Safety measures for the safety of our staff and continue to do so despite the relaxation of government guidelines
